Before using one of our Rotass cream canisters for the first time or for routine maintenance, refer to our instruction manual.
You should be familiar with each component of your whipped cream dispenser before you can clean it effectively:
1)Tip for decorating
2) Metal frame (one-piece tip models do not have this)
3) Sticking pressure valve
No. 4 Flat gasket
5) Cap for protection
6) A charging station
7) Bottle and dispenser head
Before cleaning, disassemble your whipped cream dispenser:
First, unscrew the bottle's head.
Please be aware that you should NEVER attempt to remove the head while the dispenser is filled with N2O. By pressing the handle, you must let any remaining gas out of the bottle.
Step 2: Remove the decorative tip, cover, and/or charging holder by screwing them off.
Step 3: Get rid of your model's metal foundation, if it has one.
Step 4: Flip the dispenser head over and remove the flat gasket ring from the interior of the dispenser head.
Step 5: Reverse the pressure valve stick by pushing it back through the interior of the head until you can fully remove it.
You are now prepared to clean your dispenser in step six.
Cleaning your dispenser properly entails using a soft sponge or towel to gently scrub each item after it has been completely disassembled and separated. Use warm, soapy water to clean, then rinse, dry with a soft towel, or let it air dry.
The cleaning brush that comes with every dispenser is made to help clean the decorating tip and the pressure valve stick.
Cleaning the pressure valve stick: The brush is designed to assist in cleaning the side and the tip of the pressure valve stick. To fully clean and get rid of any extra cream or debris, gently insert the brush into each of the holes.
Please take note that the head and bottle are dishwasher-safe if your model is made entirely of stainless steel. (Parts 1-6 are not included in this.) Always hand wash these components separately.
Other than the stainless steel types, wash your whipped cream dispenser by hand.
It is advised to remove and rinse out the decorating tip before storing your whipped cream overnight.
NEVER try to take the little gaskets off the pressure valve stick or clean them rough.
NEVER clean your whipped cream dispenser with abrasive cleaners or stainless steel cleaners.
A bottle of N20 should NEVER be opened while the pressure valve stick is attached.
