Founded in 1978 by the visionary Late Mr. Sukumaran Nedungadi, Cochin Cultural Centre is a premier academy dedicated to preserving and promoting Kerala’s traditional art forms. Backed by great cultural patrons like Late M.K.K. Nair and Late V.K. Raja, the centre showcases Kathakali, Mohiniyattam, Kalaripayattu, Theyyam, and more.

Led by Director Shri S. Sharathkumar Nedungadi, our talented team of professional artists has represented Kerala’s heritage across the globe – from the UK to Japan – performing for global dignitaries including Queen Elizabeth, Bill Clinton, and King Charles.

We offer performances, lecture-demos, and workshops tailored for cultural events, tourism, and international festivals. Awarded "Best Performing Arts Centre" by Kerala Tourism, we bring authentic Kerala traditions to the world.
