Materials

  1. Cake part:

   - 4 eggs

   - 50g sugar (for egg whites) + 10g (for yolks)

   - 40g corn oil

   - 40g milk

   - 40g low-gluten flour

   - 5g matcha powder

  1. Filling part:

   - Red bean paste

   - Sweetened red beans

Steps

  1. Prepare materials. Separate eggs.
  2. Mix corn oil, milk, 10g sugar, and egg yolks. Add sifted flour and matcha.
  3. Beat egg whites with 50g sugar to wet foam. Combine with yolk batter.
  4. Pour into pan with oil paper. Bake at 170°C for 15-20 mins.
  5. Cool, spread red bean paste and add red beans. Roll up with a rolling pin. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
