The capabilities of modern businesses have been shaped by technologies such as artificial intelligence and the internet. CNC and 3D printing are now more accessible than ever before, thanks to cutting-edge services for 3D printing, which are available to anyone from engineers and business owners to "tech-savvy" hobbyists and representatives of manufacturing sourcing. Junying, a pioneer in the industry, has had the distinct honor of serving businesses of all sizes, putting our patented technology to use to fulfill all of our clients' requirements in terms of 3D printing and CNC services. At Junying, we are striving to revolutionize the manufacturing sector by introducing new concepts such as On-Demand Manufacturing and specialized Design for Manufacturing (DfM) analysis.

What exactly is meant by the terms "On-Demand Manufacturing" and "DfM Analysis" when referring to artificial intelligence?

Those who use this technology already have an advantage over their competitors because the cloud-based On-Demand Manufacturing process is now much easier to access. This process is poised to bring real solutions to the problematic points Plastic Machined Parts arise during the manufacturing process. An instant price-competitive quote can be obtained by simply uploading a CAD design to our impregnable platform in one of many formats (STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, 3DM, IPT, SAT, or X-T). Before the parts are manufactured, our artificially intelligent Design for manufacturing program performs an analysis on them, which reveals any potential problems that may exist with the parts' design. Printing in three dimensions has never been more readily available or productive.

Genuine Advantages to Utilizing "Make to Order" Production

No longer is it necessary to squander the time that would have been lost due to the slowness of one's neighborhood 3D printing companies. Consider the fact that the time you wasted waiting to receive a detailed quote from your manufacturer or the time you wasted while playing the hurry-up-and-wait game because your 3D printing company was out of capacity is now a problem of the past. The capacity of our 3D printing services is practically limitless. The ability to regain production flexibility while receiving instant quotes is a significant advantage, particularly for the smaller company. Because of the costs associated with tooling and molding, short production runs are typically prohibitively expensive. The instant quote functionality offered by the web-based design platform is applicable to injection molding, as well as 3D printing and CNC services. It is possible to have those parts produced only when they are needed, which is a huge capacity for larger businesses that want to eliminate the need to maintain inventory stock on their slower moving parts. The fact that the process can now be completed entirely online and with no human involvement at all is unquestionably a step forward.

As the leader of the industry, putting our most innovative and cutting-edge technology into action is just the beginning. Always making sure you have some sort of negotiating leverage is a top priority. As a direct result of this, we are able to provide improved sourcing for our customers. An acute advantage in the competitive market is absolutely necessary for all kinds of businesses, regardless of their size, as the speed of the current business environment continues to quicken. Through attentively attending to the needs of our customers, we have been able to successfully address the majority of the concerns they have regarding the applicability of our patented technology. Join us as we venture into the horizon of the future!

What exactly is vat photopolymerization, and how exactly does the process work?

The production of parts using vat photopolymerization involves using a UV light source to cure liquid photopolymer resins in a selective manner. A build platform is placed in a tank that is filled with resin and then submerged in the tank. Mirrors are used to selectively direct the light as it travels across the surface of the resin.

When one of the layers has finished curing, the platform will be moved up or down by a fraction of an inch to make room for the next layer of liquid. After that, the following layer is cured, and it is applied on top of the layer that was just cured. After the last layer has had enough time to harden, the print is taken off of the resin. Although at this point it has reached its final form, it can still be improved by undergoing additional curing in a UV oven.
