Changzhou FHD electronics Co., ltd is a production-oriented enterprise, which is established in 2010. We are specialized in producing buzzers, speakers, alarms, microphones and other electric acoustic devices. So far there are about 200 employees in our company.
Our Factory
Our factory is located in Changzhou City Jiangsu Province which has strong industrial base and convenient transportation, it covers an area of about 5000 square meters. Also there are our offices in Shenzhen and California.

There are so many products in FHD, such as Mylar Speaker, Buzzer, Receiver, Microphone, Alarms and so on. Besides manufacturing the acoustic components, we also strive to design and provide complete solutions for your acoustic products demands.

Production Equipment
To help customer develop products and effectively shorten the customer developing time, we set up injection mould workshop, 3D printer and 3 meter Anechoic room. We have ten fully automated piezo buzzer (spring contact) production machines, from feeding materials to fully tested finish product in a single fully automated machine, and it's daily capacity exceed 360,000 pieces. Besides we've got 13 Automated winding machine and several Automated grinding magnet ring machine, Automated diaphragm installation, Automated cover installation, Automated Visual Gluing Machine, Automated Visual Micro Spot Welding Machine, Automatic positioning glue machine, to improve Automated Production Process.
Production Market
Our company has worldwide customers from USA, Germany, Korea, Netherlands and some other countries. Up to now, we are cooperating with Flextronics, Chrysler, Electrolux, Roche, Johnson Controls, Panasonic and so on. We've got 88 million yuan sales in 2021.
Our service
Besides our existing molded products, we can also make products according to customers' requests, including buzzers, speakers, especially alarms. We control the product quality critically for every step during the manufacturing from raw material purchasing to finished products testing and packaging.
