After the creation of a new character in the Diablo 4 video game, players have requested that Blizzard include a significant improvement to the game's overall quality of life. Those who have early access to the dungeon-crawling action role-playing game Diablo 4 have already begun exploring Sanctuary in the fourth installment of the series. The game is almost ready to be released for all players. Because there are so many different areas, towns, and dungeons to discover in the game, it should not come as a surprise that the map is quite large. Fans, on the other hand, have already uncovered an irksome restriction about the successful completion of maps.

Players of Diablo 4 who have chosen to start the game over with a new character have discovered that their previous map data is not carried over.

  • As a result, these players have requested that Blizzard add the capability to start the game over with a new character as a playable feature.

  • Fans of the Diablo 4 video game want a change that will make it easier to complete maps.

  • Someone posted a message on the Diablo 4 subreddit with the heading "Blizzard please give us the full map when we create a new character," which brought the issue to the attention of the community.

The original poster (OP) stated that they attempted to explore every nook and cranny of the map, spending a significant amount of time doing so and that it was an extremely rewarding experience. Unfortunately, after creating a new character and skipping the early campaign segments, they found out that the vast majority of the progress they had made toward completing maps had been lost. This caused them to restart the campaign from the beginning. Fans of Diablo 4 who commented on the initial post agreed with the original poster's viewpoint that repeatedly uncovering the map is just tedious for the sake of it, and they urged Blizzard to include this as a potential feature in a future update for the game. The original post can be accessed here. If you choose to skip the campaign on an alt character, the map should be fully discovered or at least as discovered as it is on the initial character who finished the campaign, agreed, according to the opinion of one user on Reddit. Another person responded to that statement by commenting and asking, "Gold continues to persist."

Some players have commented that as a direct result of this, they no longer feel the desire to play through the game with a new character and investigate the world map. Earlier, I was having a conversation about this subject with a few of my very best friends. Because the map is too large, and there are far too many discovery points to do so with alternate characters, there is not the slightest possibility that I will bother to uncover it once more with alternate characters. Since Blizzard showed indications of being receptive to the feedback provided by the community during the beta testing phase, we can only hope that this attitude is maintained now that Diablo 4 is so close to being made available to everyone in the general public.
