1. Installation
The installation of rice milling machine can be determined according to needs. For the machine that does not need to be moved, it is best to install it on the cement base. The size of the base is determined by the power of the rice beater. The base size of high-power rice beater can be larger. If the rice beater needs to move frequently, the rice beater and the power machine can be installed on the same movable base.

2.Power matching
The power selection of rice beater must meet two conditions: one is power; Second, the speed should meet the requirements. The power is mainly selected according to the power calibrated on the nameplate of the rice milling machine. Its power is generally 1.2-2.3 times of the power of the rice beater, and appropriate belt pulley shall be selected to make the rice beater have appropriate speed.

3.Inspection before use
(1) Before use, check whether the safety device is safe and reliable, whether the connecting parts are connected reliably and whether the bolts are fastened. 

(2) Check whether there are foreign matters in the rice milling room, whether the roller rotates flexibly and whether there is abnormal collision sound. Check whether the installation of the roller conforms to the protruding direction and should follow the flow direction of rice grains. 

(3) Check the installation of rice screen. Rice machine with two screens; The lapping of screen pieces shall follow the direction of meter flow. There shall be no gap during horizontal connection, and the gap between screen pieces and rollers shall be consistent. 

(4) Check whether the oil quality and quantity in the bearing cavity and grease cup meet the requirements, and add or replace lubricating oil if necessary. 

(5) Check whether the rotation direction of the rice beater is correct. When it is confirmed that it is safe and reliable and there is no abnormality, the machine can be idled. If any problem is found, it must be solved in time.

4.Adjustment of rice milling production line
(1) Rice milling times: when milling rice, a certain pressure is required. The greater the pressure, the higher the milling accuracy. If you want to whiten at one time, the broken rice rate is often increased due to excessive pressure; If the pressure is small, the grinding is uneven. Chaff discharge is not clean. The best way is to whiten twice or three times, with high whiteness accuracy, less broken rice and high rice yield. 

(2) Adjustment of roller speed: the roller speed is related to the movement speed and pressure of rice grains in the milling chamber, which must affect the productivity and quality of the rice beater. When rolling for the first time, reduce the speed and increase the pressure; The pressure should be small and the rotating speed can be slightly faster during the second and third times. When the water content of rice is high or belongs to silty rice, the rotation speed should be slower. Therefore, the roller speed should be adjusted according to the product manual and the actual situation. 

(3) Adjustment of inlet and outlet rams: the opening of the ram can adjust the flow and control the pressure of the whitening chamber, which directly affects the productivity, whitening accuracy, yield and power consumption of the rice beater. In actual production, the inlet ram is often used to control the appropriate flow, and the outlet ram is used to control the pressure of the whitening chamber, so as to meet certain requirements. 

(4) Adjustment of rice knife: the gap between rice knife and mixing cylinder affects the whitening accuracy and rice crushing rate. Therefore, the adjustment of the meter knife should be coordinated with the adjustment of the opening of the inlet and outlet rams. Generally, open the inlet ram first and adjust the whitening accuracy with the outlet ram. If it fails to meet the requirements, adjust the meter knife, and then recheck the opening of the inlet ram to see whether the flow can be increased again. After the adjustment meets the requirements, tighten the fixing nut without random change. 

(5) Adjustment of rice screen: if the rice bran is mixed with whole rice grains, check whether the rice screen leaks rice. If the rice screen is improperly installed or damaged, it shall be reinstalled or repaired. If it is seriously damaged, it shall be replaced with a new one. If it is not caused by improper installation and damage of the rice screen, the rice screen with smaller screen hole shall be replaced.
